Beef
We are very excited to now be able to offer grass feed beef for this coming Fall!
They are angus cows raised in conjunction with our neighbor on his and our fields.
We have been eating this beef for years and love it. The cows will be raised on grass
and hay only and we expect about 250lbs hanging per side.
Price
The beef will be offered at 4.50 per lb hanging and we will use Kelso's in Snohomish unless you prefer a different butcher. Kill, cut, and wrap to be paid directly to the butcher.
As the butcher date approaches, we will contact customers with
dates/instructions for pickup.
