Package Deals                                                                        

Package includes:
- A spring (roughly) and fall (roughly) half hog
- A fall half beef
- 25 chickens
- 1 turkey

If desired, you can add additional chickens or turkeys to to your package at
the time the order is placed.

The Hog sides should be between 85lbs and 110lbs. each; the beef around 250lbs.;
and the turkey about 15lbs.

The total to the farm to will be approximately $2,000 - $2,300 for the package.
In additions to the farm charges, the butcher fees for the year will be around
$100 for each side of pork and and around $ 200 for the side of beef
(for a total of about $400 paid directly to the butcher.)

We use Kelso's in Snohomish, but can use a different butcher if you have
one you prefer.

DEPOSIT: The deposit for the package is $350 (due when you place your order)
and there are two payment options:
Option 1 The payments can be monthly installments starting when the first half hog
is picked up at the butcher (this helps avoid a really large payment in fall when
the second half hog and beef are ready) There will be a small adjustment at the
end of the season to account for the actual weights of the animals.

Option 2 You pay for the animals as they are harvested.
The deposit will be applied to the beef in the fall.
